Although we use reputable third parties to deliver orders, we are not of the view that our responsibility ends once we have shipped your parcel. We don't pass the buck. Although delivery issues are very uncommon, if there is a problem we care about it as much as you do. We encourage you to get in touch with us if you are concerned about your parcel. Our commitment is to deliver to you what you paid for.
Order Online for Australia and New Zealand Delivery
Orders for delivery to Australia and New Zealand can be placed online. For other international locations, we would be happy to provide a quote on delivery charges via email. Email us firstname.lastname@example.org provide us with the items you wish to order and the country you would like us to ship to.
Our online orders are generally sent via the Australia Post eParcel service. Australia Post pick up from us daily around 1pm. After your order has been shipped, Australia Post will communicate delivery progress with you by email and provide you with your parcel tracking number. If you have the Australia Post smartphone app you can manage your parcel delivery online and check its status.
When paying for your purchase we encourage customers to include additional delivery comments such as “leave on front porch if no one home”.
Express Post Option Within Australia
An Australia-wide express post delivery service is available at additional cost. The Australia Post Express Post Network offers "fastest possible delivery" service. We do not provide a guarantee on this service or will offer refunds on slower than expected delivery.
If you would like to collect your order from our Brookvale warehouse please choose this option at checkout. Please note we are open for pick ups immediately between 9:30am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday.

Australia - Free delivery to most Australian locations - those locations within Australia designated by Australia Post as remote from our Sydney location will incur delivery charges. These charges will be displayed at checkout.
New Zealand - For standard delivery to New Zealand, the delivery charge per item varies based on the weight of the item. Due to the higher cost of international delivery, all items incur a delivery charge and free shipping does not apply.

Orders are nearly always despatched within one business day. We strive to provide a prompt efficient service. The following are typical delivery times from the day an order is placed to arrival at the following locations. Faster delivery can be achieved for an additional charge within Australia if Express Post is selected at checkout.

We are still operating during the COVID-19 epidemic and most orders are shipped out within one business day of order being received.
