Cornhole, also known as bean bag toss, is a popular American lawn game that involves throwing bean bags at a raised platform with a hole in it, with the aim of getting the bags into the hole or landing them on the platform for points. The first team to reach 21 points win the game. 

The origins of cornhole are unclear but is believed to have started in the Midwest of the USA in the 1800s by farmers using corn-filled bags. It is a popular game at football games, tailgate parties, backyard barbecues, and other outdoor gatherings. Cornhole is now an official sport and is featured on ESPN. Professional cornhole players compete in tournaments for cash prizes. The rules can be varied depending on the age and physical ability of the players. 

Guinness World Records recognises the longest recorded cornhole game was in the USA in 2014 and lasted 26 hours and 12 minutes. Cornhole is a fun and entertaining game that brings people of all ages and skill levels together and is a great way to spend time outdoors.

If you choose the "Personalise It" option at check out, you can personalise our board design with your own message or image. Please note, this is not a Full Custom Board Design option. With the "Personalise It" option, you provide either a message or a print ready image file that contains your logo or design for us. In both cases we will simply print this on top of our unchanged base board design. Our base board design is what you see when you select "no personalisation" on the product page. With the "personalise it" option, we will not be sending back design proofs for a final design check before going to print. We simply add your message or logo and go straight to print. 

In terms of position and placement, your image or message will be scaled and positioned by us within the dotted "Personalisation Area" for the selected board design. Select "Add Your Message or Image" and scroll through the product images to see where we will add your personal touch. The size and position of the Personalisation Area is shown as a dotted rectangular area and the dimensions of the available area are provided.

If you want design customisation beyond this and proof checking is important to you, please purchase our Custom Design board and we can work with you to customise and finalise your design details and share the design proof before going to print.  A custom design board allows you to start with a blank canvas and create whatever board design you wish. 

ADD YOUR PERSONALISED MESSAGE OPTION
If we are adding a personalised message we will use the font and font colour as shown in the example images. We will position and scale your message within the Personalisation Area. Please note, if your message is longer, we may need to reduce the font size in order for it to look balanced on the board. These decisions will be made by our visual designer who has a good eye for these things and we have examples on the website as a guide to show how messages of different lengths will look. We can accommodate an alternate font type upon request provided that it is a standard google font, but again the font colour will remain as shown in our example images. If you want more flexibility than this, then you can use the Add Your Image option and provide us with a print-ready file that we can incorporate within the Personalisation Area.

ADD YOUR IMAGE OPTION
With this option, please email us your print-ready logo or image file, ideally as a .PDF or .Ai file format. Please consider how well the size and shape of your image will fit within the dotted Personalisation Area available for the board. We will take your file and scale it to fit within this area. If you are sending us a .JPG or other file format, please ensure it is high resolution and can has transparency if needed. E.g, in the case of a logo, if you would like the background to be transparent please send us a file format that can handle transparency. Please note, this option does not include us creating a file for you or making modifications to your design. All we will do is place and scale the image you provide within the Personalisation Area before going to print. If you have any specific requirements for size or placement within the Personalisation Area then please let us know at checkout. Otherwise our designer will use their best judgment on what looks best.
