Everything is on track and orders are still shipping fast.
Orders are shipping within one business day of order placement.
If you order before 9am most orders will ship that day.
Custom and personalised orders are up to date and shipping within one business day of artwork approval.
We understand that Christmas deliveries are important to you. They are also very important to us. Although we lose control of the parcel once it is shipped with your chosen carrier, we do not consider it job done until it arrives safely with you. Unlike many, we have a direct phone number and you can call us on 02 8004 5158 and get straight through to a real person to discuss any concerns or issues. Whilst we may not be able to solve every delivery issue, at the very least you will have someone to reach out to should an issue occur.
We are working our little butts off and shipping fast. As of Friday 5 December order processing is up to date and orders are being shipped within 1 business day of order placement. Custom Orders are generally shipping within 2 days of artwork being approved.

Direct Freight Express have published the shipping cut off dates below to ensure delivery prior to Christmas.
Please note, the cutoff dates below** are slightly conservative and USUALLY provide some allowance for possible delays to due to high parcel volumes. We recommend that you use the Direct Freight Transit Time calculator on their website for more information on estimated delivery time to your specific destination and then make your own decision.

After Hours Pick Ups
We also offer an out of hours click n collect option from our secure parcel locker at 12 Cross street Brookvale NSW 2100. A digital security code is sent to you once your order is ready for collection.
